What areas do you serve?
We serve Springfield, Fairfax, Annandale, Burke, Alexandria, Falls Church, Lorton, Centreville, and most of Northern Virginia. If you’re not sure if we cover your area, give us a call.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Rossi Pest Services is fully licensed by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and carries comprehensive general liability insurance.
What services does Rossi Pest Services provide?
Rossi Pest Services offers both year-round and one-time pest control services for a wide range of insects and invasive species, including termites, wasps, ants, crickets, fleas, cockroaches, mice, rats, and more. Rossi Pest Services does not provide trapping services for wildlife, including squirrels or raccoons.
What pests do you treat?
We offer comprehensive prevention for termites, rats, mice, ants, cockroaches, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, and more.
Are Rossi Pest Services treatments safe?
We use EPA-approved products and follow all safety guidelines. We recommend pets stay indoors during mosquito treatments; areas are safe once the disclosed time has passed.
How long do treatments take?
Standard treatments take 15–30 minutes. Termite or larger services vary by plan.
Do you offer interior treatments?
Yes, we provide both interior and exterior treatments. Most do not require you to leave the home.
Do you treat attics and crawl spaces?
Yes, we provide pest control services for both.
Can you treat my yard?
Yard treatments are typically included with mosquito services depending on your agreement.
How much does pest control cost?
Pricing varies by service type, property size, and severity of the issue. We provide free estimates with no obligation. Our quarterly residential plans are competitively priced and include unlimited re-treatments.
What are the benefits of recurring treatments vs. one-time services?
Recurring treatments help prevent infestations and provide ongoing protection throughout the year.
What does a standard treatment include?
It includes an inspection and targeted applications. In some cases, we may seal small entry points. All services are customized.
Can you service my business outside of operating hours?
Yes. We offer early morning, evening, and weekend scheduling to minimize disruption to your business operations.
Do you provide documentation for health inspections?
Absolutely. We maintain detailed service logs and provide all documentation needed for health department compliance, including treatment records and pest activity reports.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
For contracted commercial clients, we offer same-day or next-day emergency response. We understand that a pest issue in a commercial setting needs immediate attention.
Can you handle multi-location accounts?
Yes. We service multiple locations across Northern Virginia and can coordinate schedules across your properties for consistent coverage.
Do you offer termite inspections and treatments?
Yes. We provide termite inspections, preventive treatments, and remediation. Termite work often requires a separate assessment and plan — contact us for details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, and major credit cards. You can pay online via the customer portal.
